Le Domaine des Hallais is classified as a 'gîte de groupe'. This former farm in a quiet location, surrounded by pretty gardens has been completely renovated to a provide a very high standard of accommodation. It is ideal for celebrating special events (family birthdays, marriages, etc.) and also suitable for groups of friends getting together, and for seminars and short courses (art, music, etc.). The gite comprises two buildings. The owners live next door and provide on-site catering services. In the 'lodge' building of the gite you will find the dining room (seats up to 32), a bar/reception area and a large living room with three bedrooms upstairs (sleeping up to 11). In the 'grange' (former barn) building is the heated indoor pool with a small gym area on the mezzanine above, as well as a large activity room with a ping-pong table and one bedroom adapted for handicapped visitors (sleeping up to 4 people). On the upper floor there are 4 more bedrooms (for up to 15 people). 7 of the 8 bedroom have private bathrooms (the eighth forms a suite with another bedroom).
The property is rented with catering provided. The rental for a weekend (2 nights) is 1850 € including all bed linens, towels, heating and cleaning at the end of your stay. In winter (between 01 October and 31 March), there is an extra charge for heating the pool : 285 € plus 65 € for each additional night). All taxes are included except for a local tourist tax ('taxe de séjour') of 0,70 € per person per night for anyone of 18 + years. The catering is additional and charged per personne : half-board at 47 € per person per day or 64 € ppd in full board. Other catering options are possible (special celebration meals, children's menus, cold buffets, etc.). The property can sometimes be rented on a self-catering basis for longer stays (4 + nights) and between 15 December and 31 March (contact us for rates).

A contract and proof of civil liability insurance will be required. The down payment is not refundable in case of cancellation. The balance due is payable before or at the time of arrival. The time for arrival and departure is normally 5PM. The final number of people, the beds required in each room and the catering requirements should be confirmed at least 1 week before the arrival day.
