Animals are not allowed. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) are provided. Schedules arrival and departure : holidaymakers are welcomed by the owner on Saturday at 17h, the departure is on Saturday at 10h. Terms of payment : the holidaymaker agrees to pay (50%) the amount of the rent by transfer to the signing of the rental agreement, as deposit - proof of firm and final booking. The remaining 50% will be paid in cash on the date of entry into the rental. A receipt will be given to the holidaymaker. Deposit : the holidaymaker will pay the owner a security deposit of five hundred euros (€ 500), in addition to the rent. The deposit will be paid by check on the date of entry into the rented premises. The deposit check will be returned by the owner to the holidaymaker at the latest within one week of the date of departure. A seasonal rental contract will be proposed by the owner to the holidaymaker : this contract specifies among others the cancellation policy : "in case of cancellation by the holidaymaker : • more than 30 days before the date of entry, the owner will return the full payment to the holidaymaker within a maximum of one week from the receipt of the notification, • between 30 and 15 days, the owner will keep the full deposit, • less than 15 days before the date entry, and except in cases of force majeure duly justified, the full amount of the rental will be acquired from the owner. The holidaymaker agrees to pay the balance of the rental amount to the owner within a maximum period of one week from the total amount of the rent will be retained by the owner in the event that the holidaymaker decides to shorten the duration of the rent. Any cancellation of this contract by the owner before the date of The guest will be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than 15 days before the date of entry.
