Seaside house (breathtaking view of Monaco/Monte-Carlo). Nature and tranquillity, ideal for the family. Close to the beach, Menton and Monte Carlo. Rustic building with three rooms and small well-equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, large refrigerator, toilet with sink, shower and bathtub plus another separate shower room. The three rooms consist of two bedrooms. In each room there are two beds with a large wardrobe, night tables, etc. The third bedroom serves as a living room and dining room, a sofa bed can accommodate one or two adults/children. Indoor area about 40 square meters plus a large balcony of 12 square meters in front of the house sheltered from the eaves, and a terrace on the west side, next to the kitchen, with awning, large table (6 people), chairs to eat out and barbecue. Hot water and cold water in the kitchen and toilet/bath/shower (cumulus), at the second shower. Garden - All around the house 1300 square meters of garden partly wild with shade, gradient, paths, terrace under olive trees, rockeries, pines, laurels, cactus, fig tree, various plants. Surroundings - The sea and the sea alps create an environment very rich in beauty and goals of prommenades. In Roquebrune itself (Roquebrune Village) a medieval castle surrounded by its village with many shops and restaurants. Other cities to visit are of course Menton with its pedestrian area, its cathedral in the old town, its restaurants, its old port and its shops. In the hinterland, Sospel, Gorbio, Sainte-Agnès, La Turbie, Castillon, Castellar, etc. All this without mentioning Monaco and Monte Carlo. The Roquebrune Beach (five minutes from the house) is particularly clean due to an underground spring descending from the mountain. The climate of Roquebrune Cap-Martin, reputed to be the best in Europe, is characterized by the brightness of the sky, the absence of fog, the scarcity of rain and the particularly high number of days of sunshine.
