Traditional Provencal style and in a natural and quiet environment, enjoy the relaxing view of the garden of 1860m ² beautifully planted with centenary olive trees. On one level, you will have 7 rooms spread over 135m² and including: - a beautiful bright living room with exposed beams, patio doors, fireplace and TV with DVD player; - a fully equipped closed kitchen with its large dining table and laundry room with washing machine and IR sauna for 2 people; - 4 bedrooms with double beds (12,10 and 9m² including 1 sofa bed and 1 attic bedroom), and a 5th bedroom with 3 single bunk beds. - 3 bathrooms with bath, shower; - 4 toilets (including 3 independent); - a veranda overlooking the superb estate, large dining table and other TV corner; - a tiled swimming pool and its equipped pool-house (barbecue, sofa, deckchairs, dining table, shower, sink, toilet, ping pong table...). 15 mins from the Gorges du Verdon, 5 min from all amenities and 1h15 from the TGV station of Aix or the sea. The ideal location allows easy access to various typical Provencal villages and their markets (including Régusse, also having a large supermarket 5 minutes away) and multiple activities in nature (walks, hiking, equestrian center, educational farm, water activities...). With its quiet environment, the rental of our villa is intended primarily for families and people respectful of the place, looking for holidays both in nature and relaxing (festive or noisy groups abstain).
