Quietly located, the house consists of an entrance, a living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a laundry area and a toilet independent with washbasin. The living room can be used as 3rd bedroom (door and sofa bed bz). The rooms are equipped with wardrobes and dressers ; the duvets and pillows are provided. The interior equipment is comfortable : two sofas, armchairs, table with 6 chairs, flat screen tv, dvd player, fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, mixer, storage, washing machine, iron and ironing board, tumble dryer. 1 cot, a changing table, a bath and a booster seat with tablet are at your disposal. The exteriors consist of a small garden in front and another in the back with terrace. Everything is closed. Garden furniture, armchairs, parasol and barbecue are available.
The cottage is 700 m from a 52 km greenway and close to many hiking trails, equestrian and mountain biking that offer beautiful walks around. Rochefort en Terre, voted "favorite village of the French" in 2016 is 8 km, the beaches are 20 minutes. The town of Questembert 4 km has a swimming pool, a media library, a cinema, a theater, a racecourse and various sports fields ; as well as many shops and a train station 2 km from the cottage. At less than 30 minutes, you will be able to discover many tourist places like the zoological park of Branféré, the park of the Prehistory of Malansac, small cities of characters, the forest of Brocéliande ; without forgetting Vannes 25 minutes and the Regional Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan. The house is non smoking. No pets allowed.
