Rules of procedure concerning the rental of the gîtes - The rules of procedure below are intended to define the terms and conditions for renting the gîtes. It guarantees to the tenant as well as the owners the necessary clarity, in order to allow the development of the stay in the optimal conditions. Note : It is possible to cancel the reservation request at any time by either party, without justification, as long as no rental agreement has been signed, and as long as no payment has been made. Was paid by the tenant. Art. 1 - Definition of the lodgings : The lodgings are rented furnished and equipped, so as to allow their optimal use in everyday life. They are equipped with shower and individual toilets, and an independent access. Each of the cottages also benefits from access to the common areas of the property : parking and green areas. Art. 2 - Reservation : The reservation becomes definitive only at the time of the payment of a deposit, corresponding to : 25% of the total amount of the reserved period (if the reservation intervenes more than 90 days before the date of entry), or a deposit of 50% (if the reservation occurs between 30 and 90 days before the date of entry) or full payment (if the reservation occurs less than 30 days before the date of entry) A rental agreement will be established, which will be signed between the landlord and the tenant. Art. 3 - Guarantee : The equipment of the lodgings is the object of an inventory, at the entrance and the exit of the tenant, signed by this last one. A security deposit will be required from the tenant, before entry. This deposit will be returned in full at the exit of the tenant, except in case of degradations noted. It is recommended to the tenant to subscribe to his insurer a "resort" insurance policy for the duration of his stay in a gîte. Art. 4 - Rates and options : For each lodgings, refer to the rates grids available on our website, under the heading "Rates", as well as for arrival and departure times. Prices are quoted for 2 people and are variable depending on the period (high, medium and low season). The maximum capacity indicated for this gîte is 2 people. No additional person, regardless of age, will be accepted without the prior written consent of the owners. Art. 5 - Payment : After payment of the deposit defined in Article 2, the settlement of the balance for the period reserved by the tenant, is payable 30 days before arrival at the cottage. Art. 6 - Cancellation : The cancellation by the tenant, as well as his absence during the reserved period, whatever the reason, do not give right to no refund, after payment of the final reservation, as indicated in art. 2. Art. 7 - Pets : The tenant's pets are not accepted. Art. 8 - Hygiene and security : It is forbidden to smoke in the living spaces of the cottages. The cottages are equipped with smoke detectors, in accordance with the regulations.
