Cottage near the River, the Greenway & the Circus of People in Southern Ardèche. Spacious and comfortable for 5 people (80m²), our accommodation is classified 3 stars and labeled 3 keys. It is located halfway between Vogüé and Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Close to exceptional natural sites, our house is located in the heart of the village of Pradons in a small quiet and quiet alley. Renovated on 2 levels recently, it has a terrace from which you can see the edges of the limestone plateau of Les Gras. The Ardèche River has shaped one of its most beautiful meanders, the magnificent Cirque de Gens. At the foot of its cliffs, small beaches invite you to swim. The first level of the accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed of 180x200cm and a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, induction hob, …).
A large modular room to accommodate families has been arranged upstairs. It is configured either in a parental bed of 180x200cm and a bed of 90x200cm, or in three beds of 90x200cm. A bathroom and an independent toilet are also present. We provide you with towels (a shower towel and a small guest towel) and sheets for your stay (beds made on arrival). This linen must be kept inside the accommodation, thank you for bringing your beach towels.
The accommodation has Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We also put at your disposal, a closed room to store your equipment (bikes, hiking, climbing, stroller, beach games, running…).
