The property "Les Terrasses De Grande Anse" has two houses with separate courtyards. You will be welcomed by Isabelle and Pascal who make the maximum before your arrival to guarantee your comfort and to make your stay pleasant. The houses are arranged in terrace facing the sea. The house Badamier up, the house Frangipanier downstairs. The 2 houses are each equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, internet (wifi). The rooms are air-conditioned. Each house has a parking space in their private courtyard. Bed linen and towels are provided. The neighborhood of Grand 'Anse is a quiet place, located between the towns of Saint-Pierre (10 min) and Saint-Joseph (10 min). Each house is equipped for 4 people : we offer the possibility to accommodate an additional child (under 8 years) by installing a bed between the 2 beds of 90 cm (location planned 60 cm wide). Rates for 2 persons are as follows : From 16 April to 30 September, the rent is 49 € per night in the house Frangipanier and 59 € per night in the house Badamier. From 1 October to 15 April, the rent is 55 € per night in the house Frangipanier and 69 € per night in the house Badamier. A supplement of 10 € per night is requested for each additional person (adult and child). The minimum stay accepted for a stay is 6 nights. The refundable deposit is 350 €. Upon arrival, the tenant pays, in cash, a fixed contribution of 50 € for the exit household and the tourist tax of 0.30 € per adult per night.
