| Other | General conditions of sale - Article 1- Duration of the stay - The tenant / traveler signing this contract concluded for a fixed term will in no circumstances have any right to maintain the premises at the end of the stay. Article 2- Conclusion of the contract - The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant / traveler has sent to SAS Le Domaine du Clos Pallacien a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the rental. The deposit will be cashed upon receipt and a good reception email will be sent to you. The payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The lease concluded between the parties to the present deed can not under any circumstances benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of SAS Le Domaine du Clos Pallacien. Any breach of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the lease to the fault of the tenant / traveler, the proceeds of the lease remaining permanently acquired SAS Le Domaine du Clos Pallacien. Article 12- Additional benefits - Additional services are to be paid at the convenience of the renter / traveler, in progress or at the end of the stay. Article 13 - Art of living / use of the premises - The tenant / traveler must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and use it according to the destination of the place. The traveler agrees to return the cottage in perfect condition at the end of his stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible degradation of which he could be responsible. Article 14- Capacity - The cottage has a maximum capacity of 6 people ( + bed bb). If the number of renters / travelers exceeds the reception capacity, the SAS Domaine du Clos Pallacien can refuse the additional persons. Article 15 - Children - Children are under the sole responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them. Children under 2 stay for free if they do not use the available bedding. Article 16- The aquatic complex - Access 9h30-20h. Its use is reserved only for members of the Domaine du Clos Pallacien family and for people staying in our 2 bed and breakfast rooms or in the gîte. The use of the swimming pool is not allowed to the guests nor visits of our tenants / travelers. The use of the pool by children is under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents. Pool users agree not to use the towels of the cottage that are not intended to be used outside the house. The furniture can be moved, even outdoors, but must be replaced after each use. Otherwise, a supplement of 50 € will be required during your stay. Any games too noisy for other guests as well as, any throw of objects is forbidden in and around the pool. On repeated breaches, prior authorization for access to the aquatic complex may be withdrawn without compensation of any kind from SAS Le Domaine du Clos Pallacien. The pool is not supervised. No child under 12 years old and / or not able to swim, can evolve in the aquatic complex without the presence of a parent. SAS The Domaine du Clos Pallacien declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. Access to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi is extra, access must be requested at least 2h before. It is advisable to any user of the swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi to be covered by a Civil liability insurance defense and recourse. Article 17 - The linen - The linen is provided (shelter : cloths, 2 towels and glove / person up to 6 people, 4 mats of bath, towel swimming pool / person up to 6 people, 2 tea towels). A change or extra towel or bath mat is charged 5 € / unit. A change of sheets during the stay is charged € 15 / bed. Possibility to change sheets, towels, glove, bath mat and tea towel on request by the week. The towels of the cottage must not be used for the pool. Pool towels are to ask. Article 18- Breakfast - Breakfast is served until 10am. Specify the day before what time you want to have breakfast. The price of breakfast is extra.
