The Quintessence is located 12 km from Annecy high and end of road, so quiet. You will appreciate my lodging for its covered and heated swimming pool, the calm, the contact with the nature, the footpaths and VTT at the beginning of the house, the sports activities related to the lake and the mountain nearby, the comfortable beds, the comfort, view. My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups. Pool usable and heated from May to the end of October.
The access times to the swimming pool are 9h-13h / 14h-19h. The pool is equipped with a shelter that meets safety standards. Nevertheless, the supervision of the children is under the complete and total responsibility of the parents.
The pool is usable and heated from Easter to Toussaint, wintering the rest of the year. Bedroom 4 (mentioned below) is a large mezzanine that has 6 beds (not 5, the setting stops at 5 !) With modularity. Possibility to move 2 beds to make an extra adult space and the rest to children.
Meals possible on the day of your arrival (at least 72h in advance, 20 € / person including wine). Private parking for 5 cars, additional cars can park on a public platform at 120 m. The swimming pool and the use of the premises are only reserved for the occupants. Outside people (other than those staying at the cottage) can not be admitted without the agreement of the owner, and by the day only. The electric vehicle charge will be charged € 5 / vehicle. On arrival, you will be given an internal regulation for acceptance. The signature of this includes, in fact, the acceptance of the points mentioned in the manual of the house. In the event of non-respect of one of the clauses mentioned in the manual of house or in the rules of procedure, the contract will be immediately terminated without any refund or compensation and the lessor will be able to avail itself of article 1950 of the Civil Code.
