L'Olivier

We stayed in Neffiès for a little week and enjoyed our stay very much! The village is a small and quiet and is situated in a very green and hilly region, about 50 km North from Séte. The terrace overlooks the vineyards and smaller villages. When coming back from our trips to Sète, Agde, Pezenas and Beziers, we enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony to relax after a busy day and watch the swallows. The flat is very cosy with wooden balks and is very well equipped. The double bed has a great mattress! The place has all necessary facilities you need and everything is in best condition and looks very new. There is a nice backyard where one can grill and enjoy a deckchair. The bakery is just around the corner with fresh croissants and bread. The next town, Roujan, has a big supermarket where you get everything! The fish counter is amazing and all is very fresh! We had fish every evening. You cannot hear the neighbours and all in all, the place is very quiet. We slept with open windows every night. If one of our next trip leads to the area, we would love to stay there again!

My boyfriend and me had a great stay. The house was perfect for two of us, but it also offers enough space for a family. David and Brenda are very gracious and uncomplicated hosts who gave us lots of insider tips for things to do. The whole organization and booking went smoothly. The house is stylish and very comfortably furnished and everything you need is there to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the landscape. The surroundings and the village are quiet and very picturesque. There is a bakery just around the corner with a small shop and an excellent restaurant. The area also offers many hiking opportunities and by car, you drive only half an hour to the nearby lake and about 40 minutes to the sea. For us, it was the perfect vacation and we were sad when we had to go back home. We can warmly recommend the house because we haven't missed anything and we spent an unforgettable time there. Mein Freund und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war perfekt für uns zu zweit, aber es bietet auch genug Platz für einen Familie. David und Brenda sind sehr liebenswürdige und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die uns viele Geheimtipps für Unternehmungen übermittelt haben. Die ganze Organisation und Buchung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Ferienhaus ist stilvoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Landschaft. Die Umgebung sowie das Dorf sind ruhig und sehr malerisch gelegen. Es gibt einen Bäcker gleich um die Ecke mit einer kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein exzellentes Restaurant. Das Umfeld bietet außerdem viele Wandermöglichkeiten und mit dem Auto fährt man nur eine halbe Stunde zum nahegelegenen See und etwa 40 Minuten zum Meer. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub und wir waren traurig als wir wieder nach Hause fahren mussten. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen, denn es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben eine unvergessliche Zeit dort verbracht.
