In our house with large shared garden, near the vineyards and very close ramparts and historic center, independent family rooms homestay (souplex = 2.20 m ceiling), walk-in access by private entrance : - Les owls = 24 m² (1 to 4/5 people - if baby free) with separation - Venice = 13 m² non communicating (1 or 2 extra people same group and same dates) - space "meal" in free management to prepare your breakfast and warm dishes without cooking (daily cleaning in our dishwasher) - recent shower room, separate toilet, 2nd shower at the same level, all reserved for occupants. - Relaxation and meals in the garden according to weather (Weber furniture + barbecue with charcoal). Final cleaning at our expense (regular maintenance "medium stay" by your care). - Rental service bed linen and towels (to specify on contract with inventory). Sleeping bag tolerated only for hikers on foot or by bike (1 night possible depending on availability). Pets not allowed - Medieval castle, shops, services, transport (station, bus) : 360 to 800 m from the house - 15 km South Saumur, 13 km Bioparc Doue-en-Anjou and Center Parcs "the forest with fallow deer" in Poitou, 18 km Fontevraud-L'abbaye and Thouars, 36 km Chinon - Hiking (GR 36) and cycling : see website "bike Francette" from the Loire to Thouet (sections Saumur / Niort) - In the heart of vineyards of Layon, Saumur and Chinonais, very many visits and walks nearby - Green holiday resort with solar pool and one of the most beautiful detours in France, Montreuil-Bellay last "closed city" of Anjou, crossed by the Thouet, deserves a stay whatever its duration. Hikers on foot GR36, by bike "La Vélo Francette" or motorcycle (garage, local drying clothes, cleaning shoes outdoor taps), pilgrims to Saint Jacques de Compostela and Saint Jean d'Angély from Le Mans or Tours : welcome to "overnight stay" step " !
