Double bedroom, lounge with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Southern exposure. You can enjoy its shady garden and landscaped terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Nearby is the convenience, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket, bus. The sea is 15 minutes by car. Good location for visiting the surrounding area : The Camargue, the Luberon, the blue coast, Aix en Provence, Arles, Marseille.

Lease agreement with inventory, including charges except tax, 0.30 € per person cleaning fee, 20 € - Confirmation of stay 1 month before with a deposit of 25% in the Eurozone, by check or money order. If cancellation 15 days before, the deposit will not be refunded. The balance will be applied to the return of keys. For other countries, all will be requested by check or money one month before entering the premises. Unable to refund if cancellation justified.

Access itinerary

From Lyon or Paris, take A55 towards Avignon, Salon de Provence, Fos sur Mer Istres, Martigues, Martigues and take on your right towards Istres Avenue Turcan. Stay on the Avenue Turcan take the left lane, count 6 traffic lights and turn left on 6th Boulevard des Moulins, 150 m enter right into the Avenue Albert Camus, stay to your right and entered the residence and Wed sun, to go through No. 24, this is a dead end. You have arrived !
