Tour de France: July 15,2021,18th stage finish at Luz Ardiden !!! The Maison de Jean-Yves is located in the heart of Luz Saint Saviour, in a historic district, a small authentic village 700 m above sea level in the High Pyrenees on the road to the Circus of Gavarnie and very close to the Tourmalet pass. This village offers its visitors a spectacular high mountain terroir. It is surrounded by three ski areas: Luz Ardiden (28 pistes), on July 15,2021 finish of the 18th stage of the Tour de France, Gavarnie (29 runs), and Barèges la Mongie (70 runs). Sports enthusiasts will be satisfied: hikes (the GR 10 passes to Luz), canyoning, climbing, swimming… and heritage lovers will have the pleasure of visiting religious buildings, places and monuments such as the castle of St. Mary, the Napoleon Bridge, the baths of Saint Saviour, the villages perched… And to know the story of Napoleon III and Josephine; (weakened by the birth of Louis Napoleon, Josephine hopes to recover her health by coming to take the waters to Saint Savior). Not to mention the Gave of Gavarnie with all the freshness of the valley. The House is nice and located on 3 levels. She proposes:. On the ground floor, a clearing entrance, a 10 m² room with a bed of 140 for 2 people, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a cellar/local skis; Upstairs, a beautiful comfortable living room of 23 m² furnished with a living room with a convertible sofa of 2 people, connected TV, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, an extension table 8 people. ; on the last level, a large room of 15 m² with double bed 140, and 2 small beds 90, a separate toilet equipped with a sink. It offers stunning views of Luz Castle by the Vélux of the last level as well as the Moustayou mountain at the rear. Home policy: Animals are not allowed.
