Mas Victory

Domaine du Grand Tilleul is a former family farm estate. The Gîte Tilleul is the main part of the Mas Victory, it is oriented South / S.E Terrace covered by arches stones in full south. Access to the first floor of the farmhouse through the entrance hall garden. The house is terraced with the old barn converted into a cottage you can rent all 2 parts, has two families (see ad Lierre cottage check availability). We also have a trailer that can be rented in addition to the Mas. Family house for 5 generations. We want to keep the authenticity of this farmhouse typical of southern Ardèche while installing modern comfort, it is a mix of simplicity and modernity. You benefit from services included : Linens, bed linen and towels provided, welcome drinks, food on request. The accommodation is located on the first floor of the rental, there is a large stone staircase to access the terrace or "courdou", it gives freshness in summer thanks to this advance in stone, it offers space nice, or eat while watching the scenery. Large slabs of stones constitute the soil of the "courdou". Access for travelers - Garden area, front of the rental. Pool secured with alarm and without chlorine. Beware some areas of the domain remains private, we will give you all the information on your arrival. Exchanges with travelers - This is our place of life that we make available during the summer, housing will be at your disposal. We are only present at the arrival and departure of our guests. In case of absence, a person authorized by us will be present for the reception and the delivery of the keys, as well as for the departure of our guests. Our animals are on site : Our two in-relocatable cats, they are not in housing and live outside you can see them in the "garden". Thus, that our donkeys : "duffel" with Princess her companion of life, or young and old will have pleasure to see them in their park. We will appreciate as such that you respect the place and take care of it. Out of respect for the neighborhood, and the joint ownership of the rental, festive evenings and Karaoke are not allowed. No smoking - Pets not allowed ours being already on site ! As well as if the end-of-stay cleaning service, which is a practical service and avoids ending the holiday with a thorough cleaning of the property, this does not exempt you from the normal and regular maintenance of the place during your stay.
