Le Vieux Café was once the hub of village life as it used to be a restaurant, café and grocery store. Now, fully restored, it is a large comfortable family holiday home. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, plus plenty of outside space. Outside there is a private dining area, with large dining table and chairs and an awning above for shelter. The living room has a 32 inch tv with uk and French free-to-air satellite channels, a laptop and secure Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for a comfortable holiday - dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. One of the shower rooms leads off of the kitchen and has a shower cubicle, hand basin and wc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one large master bedroom (30m²) with double bed, single bed and cot, and two further bedrooms each with two single beds. A third single bed can be added to one of the twin rooms if required. The second shower room is on the first floor and has a double shower cubicle, hand basin and separate wc. There is a games room with Xbox 360, table tennis, pool table, and 100s of games, books and dvds. In the large gardens (1500m²) you will find a 12 x 7 m heated swimming pool (open and heated from May until the end of September), a boules court, swings and a picnic table. We also have a gym - with cross trainer, treadmill, bike, rower and weights, along with several cycles for your use. The house is located on high ground and has un-interrupted views across the local Marais (Wetlands), where you will see lots of wildlife - buzzards, herons, horses, frogs, boar and deer. The house is geared towards families, and a cot, high chair, stairgate, plastic crockery & cutlery are all provided for your use. All bed linens and towels are provided (except pool/beach towels). This house shares the pool, games room, garden and gym with one other two bedroom holiday home - L'Ecurie and can be rented individually or together with this house for larger family gatherings or friends holidaying together.
