The holiday park accepts reservations according to dates and possibilities in order to guarantee its customers accommodation for the day of arrival. These are subject to certain conditions: 1. The balance of the stay fee is payable on the day of arrival. 2. All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances. 3. The rental fee (deposit + booking fee) must be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and attached to the shipment. The deposit will be deducted from the invoice amount. Any method of payment will be made payable to "Domaine de la presqu'ile". 4. You must notify of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your reservation. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the planned rental if he remains without news 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. 5. No number will be assigned definitively and contractually. Only wishes can be made during options and reservations. 6. For any modification of the dates of stay, it can not be guaranteed the same accommodation. 7. Any change which may result in a change in the amount of the fee in more or less must be reported as soon as possible. In case of inaccurate declaration of the lessee, this contract will be terminated automatically and the sums paid will remain acquired by the Domaine de la presqu'ile. 8. The cancellation must always be the subject of a written message, notifying the - Reason for cancellation; Attach proof: - More than 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be refunded. - less than 30 days before the date of arrival: the full deposit will be - restraint. By way of derogation, in the event that the cancellation of the stay is justified by the fact that one of the participants is directly or indirectly affected by covid 19 (infection or contact case), and that this situation would call into question his participation in the stay, the cancellation will be made without compensation for termination. The Customer must imperatively justify the event giving right to cancellation without compensation for termination. By way of derogation, in the event that the Customer is forced to cancel the stay in its entirety due to government measures that do not allow participants to travel (local confinement, travel ban), even though the holiday park is able to fulfill its obligation and welcome them, the cancellation will be made without compensation for termination. In all cases of cancellation, the administrative fees will remain the responsibility of the Service Provider. 9. When the stay has begun, there is no refund possible due to early departure, for any reason. 10. Insurance: It is your responsibility to insure yourself. The holiday park declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather… and in the event of an incident that falls under your civil liability. 11. The tenant must comply with these general booking conditions as well as the provisions of the internal regulations of the Domaine de la presqu'île. Each tenant in title is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with him or visiting him. The accommodation will be available on Saturday or day of arrival from 4pm until Saturday or departure day before 10am. The departure time before 10am must be confirmed, at the latest the day before, at the reception. 12. Capacity: Only the number of persons indicated (including infants) will be accepted for an accommodation rental and only one vehicle per accommodation. The information provided by the lessee serves as a basis for calculation. Any additional person (within the limit of capacity chosen) must be declared on arrival, in addition it is also forbidden to implant on the dedicated plot any other type of accommodation. In conclusion, any inaccurate statement, any modification that may result in a variation in the amount of the stay, render the contract null and void, without any other form of compensation or total or partial refund. 13. For accommodation, a deposit of 360 € in credit card (240 € + 120 €) will be - Requested from the tenant upon arrival: - 240 € guarantee against possible damage; It will be returned at the time of departure after verification of the installation, with possible deduction of restoration costs, deterioration or missing. This deposit does not constitute a limitation of liability. - 120 € to cover any end-of-stay cleaning costs; This deposit will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same state of cleanliness as on delivery. At the end of the stay an inventory of fixtures of rental is made, it must be returned in perfect condition inside and in the immediate vicinity - In case of departure outside the opening hours of the reception office, the - Deposit will be returned by mail, or any other means to the tenant, after control of the premises by the authorized and competent teams. In case of problems in the rented accommodation, make a complaint to the reception within 24 hours (including utensils, condition, cleaning of the accommodation). We will then do our utmost to correct it as quickly as possible. After this period no claim will be taken into account and you could be held responsible when leaving for any damage or missing. Admission - To be admitted to enter, settle or stay in a holiday park, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative. The latter has the obligation to ensure the good keeping and good order of the holiday village as well as compliance with the application of the internal regulations. The fact of staying on the holiday park implies acceptance of the provisions of the rules of procedure and the commitment to comply with them. Minors (including emancipated minors) will remain under the responsibility and supervision of an adult parent or accompanying person present on the holiday village for the duration of their stay and in any place of the holiday village. Departure procedures - Customers are invited to inform the reception desk of their departure no later than the day before it. Guests intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must make payment for their stay the day before. Guests renting the units must vacate their site before 10 a.m. on the day of their departure. Noise and silence - Silence must be total between 23:00 and 6:00. Animals – Pets are only allowed under supervision and kept on a leash, they must never be left free on the holiday village. Dogs of the 1st category "attack dogs" and 2nd category "guard and defense dog" are not accepted in the holiday village. For the respect of everyone, we want that the living spaces are respected (make the necessary arrangements). We remind you that it is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the accommodation or on the terrace. Visitors - After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the holiday park under the responsibility of the rental companies who receive them, during the authorized hours, 6:00 – 23:00. Visitors have access to the services and/or facilities of the holiday village. Visitors' cars are prohibited in the holiday village. Circulation: Traffic is prohibited on holiday village. Parking is only allowed in the parking lot of the holiday park only one vehicle allowed per accommodation. Outfit and appearance of the facilities -Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in the containers located in the garbage room located at the entrance of the holiday village respecting the sorting. It is forbidden to throw sewage on the ground. It is forbidden to plant nails in trees, cut branches, make plantings. It is not allowed to demarcate the location of a dwelling by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Safety - Fire: Open fires (wood, coal) Gas stoves and barbecues (with a lid) are strictly prohibited. Only electric barbecues rented at the reception are tolerated. A collective barbecue is available to customers in the center of the holiday village subject to prefectural prohibition and weather conditions - Theft: The tenant retains responsibility for his own accommodation. Games and collective facilities - No violent or disturbing games may be organized near the collective facilities of the holiday village. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents. Violation of the internal regulations and dispute - In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbances or even terminate the contract. Image rights: You expressly authorize and without compensation, the holiday village of the Domaine de la Presqu'ile to use on any medium the photos and videos of you and all of your accompanying family included that could be taken during your stay, for advertising purposes. Otherwise you must notify it by registered mail accompanied by your duly completed contract. The signing of the contract implies that the lessee has read the present, that he waives to give them a personal interpretation, and that he accepts them without reservation. Disputes that are not settled amicably will be submitted to the courts of Les Sables-d'Olonne. In the event of a dispute and after having referred the matter to the establishment's "reception" service, any user of the holiday village has the possibility of referring the matter to a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the operator.
