Discover the charm of the stones and exposed beams in a small house, from the 19th century, of 38 m² in our property of 2 hectares quiet and in nature with the singing of the birds just 4 km from the center of Gourdon. A 600m² enclosure with chickens, rabbit and a 6500m² enclosure with goats will delight those who keep a child's heart. We also have 2 dogs and a cat. A large private terrace (20m²) with garden lounge, BBQ and sunbeds as well as a covered parking space, will enhance your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Lotoise has a comfortable bedroom with Queen Size bedding (160/200 cm or 80/200 - 2) quality (Bultex). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Wc are independent. Towels, towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival) as well as basics for a "good arrival" included: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sopalin, dishwashing liquid, sponge, household products. There's wifi in the apartment. All you have to do is bring your groceries! The price does not include the residence tax or the mandatory household/disinfection due to the covid. Ideal drop-off point to visit the Périgord and the Quercy: the caves (Lascaux (44 km), Padirac (47 km) …), Sarlat (23 km), Rocamadour (33 km), Cahors (50 km) and many villages ranked among the most beautiful villages in France or our pretty markets. You can also go for walks, bikes or horseback rides, canoeing, tree climbing… - There is, not far away, a water park, a zoo, a vivarium… - In order to allow you to prepare your stay as well as possible, a digital welcome booklet will be sent to you. This will allow you to know precisely the coordinates of the accommodation, tourist, cultural and sports activities and amenities (shops, restaurants…) and their distance from the property. The city of Gourdon has a nautical base for swimming, fishing, picnicking or playing in its playground. Breakfast is available for 10th per person per night (hot drink, orange juice, fresh bread, homemade jam, homemade preparation, honey, rocamadour). Guest table is available.
