It consists of one large room + bathroom + terrace - Very well equipped, comfortable : a living area (bz 140, tv), dining area (table and 4 chairs, tablecloths…), a large full equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven and electric hob, microwave… and a comfortable sleeping 140/200 in built Murphy bed in the wall. The bathroom is well equipped (shower, toilet, towel radiator, washing machine…). Lots of storage space in the studio. Behind a hedge, cons below the lake parking, (no direct lake views) this studio will save you walk the lake and its amenities, the town center and its shops, market, restaurants, … (a private parking space is allocated to the studio) - winter : a Shuttle (free during school holidays) will take you field the tracks at the foot Gérardmer of skiing (cross country, track, snowshoeing…) - a local in the residence permits to store the skis and a private cellar closed enables the safe storage if desired. Electric heating. Duvets and pillows are provided but linens and towels Optional, on request against surcharge of 20 €.
