Between Lake and Mountains - La Sambuy - Nice attic apartment in a farmhouse renovated in 2018. Ideally located between Annecy and ski resorts (10 km from Sambuuy, less than 1 hour from La Clusaz and 5 minutes from Lake Annecy !). On the last level of a farmhouse, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort. The living space, with its open kitchen and balcony terrace is generous and friendly. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the main floor. Upstairs, a third bedroom with independent bathroom with 2 single beds (default) or 1 double bed 180 on request at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with everything needed : oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue, but also hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, television screen dish, internet. Many storage spaces are available in the rooms. The beds are made on arrival, and the towels provided ! Possibility of 2 additional beds on extra bed (with supplements), loan of cot and rental for short stay. In summer, a large green area adjoining the house is available, with its barbecue, garden furniture and petanque. Residential and quiet area, close to the beautiful Lake Annecy bike path and 4 km from local shops or supermarkets.
