In the South of France, near Toulouse, 10 km South of albi (city classified in the heritage of the unesco). It is located less than one hour from the airports of Rodez, Toulouse, Carcassonne or Castres. Free-standing house completely and recently renovated. 80m² house (40m² on the ground floor + 40 m² on the first floor). Quiet and cosy, The house consists in : - The ground floor with a living room and a kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator freezer, oven, microwave oven, television, fireplace, sofa beds). The home is fully equipped. - The first floor with 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), 1 bathroom (shower, bathtub, washing machine) and one toilet. - 2 terraces (one facing south and one facing west) with garden furniture and barbecue. The wifi is free. Baby bed, baby chair, booster seat… are also to be disposed of freely. Bikes for adults and children are also set at your disposal. The price also includes the borrowing of towels, handtowels, wash and bedclothes. The rent is all-inclusive (water, electricity and visitors' tax). Numerous spots can be visited in the area (Lautrec, the Cathedral of Albi, Cordes sur ciel, Sidobre, Castres, Gaillac,..). Morning markets, small shops, tourist information, banks, supermarkets. Lake, swimming pool, zip lining, pedestrian road, … are near the house. Aside from its wine (Gaillac) and spectacular scenery, the region has a reputation for excellent food with numerous good restaurants at very reasonable prices. It is also of great historical interest with numerous castles, museums, bastides and other attractions open to tourists. The owners of the house live near and are at your disposal to provide information (sport, shows, visits, …). They speak French, Spanish and English.
