The Little Storks - The Plover

Deposit / confirmation of your reservation - Your stay will be organized upon receipt of the deposit payment of 20% or total if the reservation is made less than 8 weeks from the date of departure. The balance of the payment must be made at least 8 weeks before the date of arrival. The guarantee deposit of 250 € per gîte can be paid in cash upon arrival. This will then be returned in its entirety before departure minus the breakages / damages incurred. The tourist tax - The tourist tax is payable in cash at a rate of 0.80 € per adult per night before your departure. On arrival - Please do not arrive before 4 pm on the day of arrival (unless previously agreed) that we can not guarantee the cottage will be ready for you. Departure - The cottage must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The cottage will be left in the same clean and tidy condition as it was on your arrival. If not, we can organize for the cottage to clean at a cost of € 45 for La Colombe, € 60 for the Plover, € 70 for Grebe. The barbecue is not included in the cleaning. If you choose to pay. If the property has not been cleaned, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit. Sheets and towels - Towels (sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers) and bathroom / hand are included (not for use in the pool). The beds will be freshly prepared before your arrival. For guests staying more than a week, clean sheets and towels will be provided each Saturday for the duration of your stay. Heating - Electric heating is not included in the price. Wood is available for wood stoves at an additional cost.
