This is a very nice house in a green area very quiet as we offer the edge of the Bois du Bouchet and near the Arveyron. The chalet is located at the beginning of the Plain of Praz, the sunniest place in the valley. There is no problem of access because we are on the Argentiere road is always cleared of snow in winter. You will be near the Flegere (new gondolas, the fastest of the valley), between the gondola Brevent and the Grands Montets. If you wish not to use your car, there is a stop of the Chamonix Bus 100 meters.
The chalet offers a beautiful location opposite the needles of the Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi and the Dome du Gouter (south) and Dru (east). It is close to the ski lifts (ski runs, Snowboarding (Snowboarding), telemark, backcountry, hiking…) background circuits, mountain biking in summer, snowshoe and pedestrian trails. The town center is two kilometers (swimming, skating, tennis…) and golf is nearby (800 meters). Our chalet of 160 sqm is set on a large plot of 1750 square meters: it includes a kitchen, a double living room, 3 bedrooms, loft, 2 bathrooms, 3 bathrooms and a stove Tulikivi Scandinavian -fireplace. Heating is combined electricity / wood. You can use a car park in the basement and 2 parking places. The cottage is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, induction hob, oven, 3 TVs, Hi-Fi 5.1, 3 Blu-Ray, 2 DVD, Livebbox for Internet Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi… We also offer engraving of training in a workshop located close to the Darjeeling cottage. Initiation and development in the techniques of dry point, etching, aquatint, mezzotint, woodcut or linoleum. The workshop has a Louis Richebé press 80 x 120 cm and a press to test for woodcuts.
In the station, several tracks are adapted to different levels. The Chamonix ski school offers excellent coaching. Stay in 3 minutes from the shops and Chamonix equipment as well as 2 minutes from the center of the village of Le Praz. For skiing, you have the most interesting tracks Europe technically. The Vallée Blanche is a great classic. Many winter or spring races are offered. In summer the ski lifts operate for hiking and mountain races (rock, snow, mixed and also free flight).
