Arrival: from 5 pm- Departure: before 10 am- Reception opening hours: Saturday: from 8 am to 11 am and from 3 pm to 7.30 pm, Sunday: from 9 am to 11 am, other days: from 9 am to 11 am and from 4 pm to 7 pm. Opening of the pool: from May depending on the weather. You can take the cleaning option at the end of the stay or do the cleaning by yourself. Payment conditions: At the time of booking: a deposit of 25% and 30 days before the date of arrival the balance. Cancellations: For all our stays from 7 nights and + : - Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. - From 15 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 100% fee will be applied. For all our stays between 3 and 6 nights: - Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. - From 4 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 100% fee will be applied. Any shortened stay as well as any service voluntarily abandoned by a participant is not subject to any refund, whatever the reason. Free cancellation on d-3 – covid 19 - This cancellation condition free of charge until D-3 before arrival only in case of reasons related to covid-19: • Government restrictive travel measures that would prevent going to his holiday place - • Confinement of the region of origin of the holidaymaker or destination - • The closure of the border between the country of origin of the holidaymaker and the country of destination - • A quarantine period to be observed for the holidaymakers moving to the destination region - • The presence, among the participants of the stay, of a person positive for the Rt-Pcr Test for Covid-19 (subject to proof). • A quarantine period imposed by the doctor, prohibiting any exit or travel (subject to proof) - These conditions will apply for all stays until 02/04/2022.
