All prices displayed are over a week, normally from Saturday after 16: 00 to Saturday before 10: 00. Out of high season, you have the possibility to change the dates of arrival and departure (minimum of 3 nights). Heating in addition of 6 € per day during the colder months. The deposit of 50 € is non-refundable and requested at the time of booking. You can pay in Euros by PayPal, by bank transfer, or by check (from a French bank). Or in espéces on your arrival. The balance of the rental will be paid 2 weeks before arrival. A deposit of € 140 is required on arrival. Conditions of termination/cancellation - A) Termination at the initiative of the tenant: Any termination at the initiative of the tenant must be sent to the owner by mail, the date of receipt by the owner being authentic.  The owner will keep the full amount of the deposit paid by the tenant.  When, before entering the premises and regardless of the time at which it occurs, the termination made by the tenant is based on a case of force majeure duly justified, the owner will be entitled to return at his discretion within 30 days of this - Termination all or a percentage of the advance payment. B) If the tenant did not show up on the day mentioned on the contract and passed a period of 24 hours and without notice notified by the owner:  This contract is considered terminated.  The deposit remains with the owner as well as advance payment.  The owner can dispose of his rental. C) Termination at the initiative of the owner: Before entering the premises.  In case of termination of this contract by the owner, before entering the premises, for any reason whatsoever except in cases - Force majeure, he will pay the tenant the full amount of the deposit received.  This return will be sent to the tenant by mail within 30 days of notification of termination. After entering the premises.  When the termination of the contract by the owner occurs during the duration of the rental, it must be duly justified (failure - Payment of rent, cheque without provision issued by the tenant, proven deterioration of the rented premises, complaints from the neighborhood, …) -  This termination, which occurs by letter, entails the departure of the tenant within 24 hours of the date of receipt of the letter notifying him - This decision.  The owner reserves the right to keep the amount of the deposit under the conditions specified in the paragraph "Deposit".  Whatever the cause of termination, the full amount of rent remains with the landlord.
