The studio enjoys a beautiful view of the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, as well as the garden of the property, sea view from the terrace. Bed incorporated in a furniture for 2 people, full bathroom and habitable kitchen with table and chairs as well as a large fitted cupboard. The cooking angle includes high and low furniture as well as a hob, an oven and a refrigerator and of course the necessary to cook for 2 people. We are looking for quiet people and the apartment is non smoking. All means of transport are located between a few hundred meters (train station and motorway, bus and less than 5 km to Nice Côte d'Azur airport). The city center is 700 meters away.
