The house is surrounded by family land : fields of sunflowers, wheat and sorghum depending on the season and offers unsurpassed seclusion and serenity. Classic SouthWest french style but with all modern comforts, the house offers excellent accommodation for groups of family and friends, offering everyone the opportunity to have their own space. It is has 4 bedrooms ; 3 bathrooms ; gym ; games room ; a home cinema room & a fully equipped double kitchen. On the 1st floor there are 3 further bedrooms : 2 with double beds have ensuite bathrooms one with a shower, basin and wc and one with bath, basin and wc. The 4th bedroom has bunkbeds and a cot. Living areas : The welcoming open plan living area has a bar ; seating area with sofas and chairs ; TV with French Satellite channels and an extendable slate and wood dining table. The is an integrated woodburner (logs are provided). The living area opens out onto a pergola covered terrace. On the 1stfloor is a sitting room with home cinema (projector, DVD & HiFi) ; bar ; mini fridge, table football and billiards. Kitchen : The modern integrated fully equipped kitchen has a double and single sink with drainer ; dishwasher ; fridge freezer ; gas hob & electric oven with cooker hood ; microwave ; toaster ; kettle ; food mixer ; Italian stove top expresso maker & filter coffee machine. Pool & Grounds - The 3000m² garden offers plenty of room for games (basketball net, table football, archery set) and relaxing with views over the surrounding fields and countryside. There is a pavilion for quiet reading ; seating areas with chairs and tables and a barbeque. The private pool is 13x7 m & 1,40 m deep with a shallow end with a pool house & sun beds. Le Mourray is the perfect base for walking or cycling ; exploring local villages ; visiting markets and meeting producers of foie gras, cheese and wine and the wider region such as the Canal du Midi, the Garonne regions and historic sites and cities.
