Pear Tree House

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa. It's a short car drive from Bauduen itself but very clean and well appointed and with good access to all the 'loisirs' of the lake. Others have commented on the steep and rough road down to the house and it's true that some unconfident drivers might find it awkward at first, but it's short and not really a problem. We certainly had no difficulties (but then we had just driven right round the Gorge, which puts things in perspective !) Good selection of books in English and a pingpong table (but it was just too hot to play…). Bring anti-mosquito gear as they were active in July / August. There are other houses nearby but the magnificent trees give an air of seclusion.
