Ground floor : large equipped kitchen with dining area, living room arranged to meet around an aperitif or a coffee, toilet, terrace of 14 m² with small lounge relaxation. On the 1st floor : master bedroom (bed 160x200 + cot), bedroom "children" (4 beds 90x200 including 1 bunk beds), bathroom with bath, double washbasin, wc. On the 2nd floor : a children's play area, a laundry area and a 32m² master bedroom with exposed beams and a 180x200 bed. To facilitate your stay, the expenses (electricity + heating in the limit of a normal consumption), the linen of toilet and of house will be included in the price of the stay. Beds will be made upon arrival. There is free public parking just a few meters away. The vineyard owners will make you discover their craft during a visit. In the heart of the small town of Bar sur Aube and Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the amusement park Nigloland, come to share a moment with family or friends in this spacious and atypical lodging of 6/8 people close to any facilities (Shops, restaurants, Mc Donald…).
