Perched on the heights of Arudy, in the heart of the Vallée d'Ossau in the Atlantic Pyrenees, La Bergerie is just a few minutes from the village of Laruns. Dating to the XVII century, completely redecorated, it is surrounded by a sublime park of 20 hectares, the view of the mountains is magical. Sports activities : Hiking, biking, skiing (40 min Gourette), rafting, Yoga) … Welcome to Refuge out Of the City ! The housing : The Barn (La bergerie) is composed of a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room with large fireplace. The parent suite is on the mezzanine with its adjoining bathroom. On the other side, also on the mezzanine, is a children's lounge area with a bookcase equipped with a wood stove. In the garden floor, there are two very nice double rooms with a shared bathroom (shower tub and WC). The house has a private terrace exposed south with a garden all around the fold. You can do many activities there, like ski resort from Gourette at 40 minutes. It is ideal for a stay with your family or friends, you can either disconnect from the daily, or party until the end of the night ! La bergerie is totally dedicated to the guests. You can enjoy the entire outdoor garden with a large picnic table, barbecue, 2 braziers, and 20 hectares of parkland all around the fold. There are signs pointing Refuge out of the City all the way from Arudy. We are reachable by phone at any time during your stay - You will be asked for a bail check when you arrive in the fold.
