The customer has the right to occupy the apartment for the purpose of his / her holidays only and there will be no security of tenure. The guest agrees to use this property for the sole purpose of a private holiday home for maximum of people on the reservation correspondence. The customer must not : use the property for abusive purposes, illegal, or immoral - Sublet the property - Causing any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance - Smoking inside the property - Allow animals in the well - A non refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking. The rest of the payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. If arrival is less than 6 weeks from the booking, full payment is due when the reservation is confirmed. Customers will pay a refundable damage deposit on the reservation of correspondence on the entrance to the property taken ; the preferred method of payment is by check or cash. The deposit will be refunded without interest within 21 days of their vacation property, after deducting all reasonable costs to rectify any damage to the property or the contents thereof incurred by the owner following actions client. This includes reasonable cleaning costs if the property is left in a bad or very messy. If a cancellation is received within 6 weeks of the start date, full payment is due, unless the property is re-let for the period. If the property is rented for a reduced price, the customer will be required to pay the difference between the agreed payment of origin and the reduced fee to rebook. Administration fees will be made for canceled reservations. It is recommended that clients take out cancellation insurance. The property will be available after 15 hours at the departure date unless a separate agreement is reached. The way the keys will be delivered or collected will be agreed when the final payment is received. The property must be vacated by 10 : 00 on departure date, unless a separate agreement is reached. The keys will be returned in accordance with arrangements made when the keys are provided. La Vielle Fromagerie is a smoke-free property and must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Very be eliminated as explained in the instructions within the property. A charge of excess cleaning will be applied if necessary. The guest agrees to repair, replace or pay for any items damaged by neglect, abuse or negligence on the part of the guest or anyone visiting the property. If damaged, either by negligence or deliberate a guest share the host agrees to indemnify the owner against the associated losses, including loss of income and the supply of replacement housing if necessary. The guest will notify the owner of any repairs that are necessary and allow the holder or owner of the access officer for repairs. If a property becomes unavailable for a confirmed reservation, the customer must be informed as soon as possible. The owner, or his representative must provide the guest of similar or higher standard accommodation. If this alternative is unacceptable to the customer, the customer is then entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid to date. The owner's liability is limited to the money paid to date. The customer must confirm that they do not have diplomatic immunity. The terms, conditions, contracts and disputes in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by French law.
