Perfection in the Champagne region looking across the famous vines. A comfortable room, attentive service and sophisticated food. An excellent stop on a tour of the region.
Simply amazing experience. The chef greeted us upon arrival. Sylvain, our server, was one of the most professional and welcoming hosts we have encountered anywhere. The food was just over the top and really equal to what we have experienced in the great addresses in Paris. Thebpuntade my wife ordered was sublime and the wine list was simply phenomenal. We will return, hopefully often. Very much recommended.
