In the north of the Côte-d'Or, at the gates of the Morvan, more precisely in Précy-sous-Thil, Pizza Terroir offers pizzas based on fresh homemade, regional or local products labeled AOP, IGP, organic, 100% Cote D'or etc or local, with a traditional Italian artisanal dough with its flour mixtures (noble and without additives), worked and spread by hand.
We favor a maximum short circuits and local producers, our pizzas is also the work of our local partners who use agricultural methods in the respect of nature and the environment such as the cultivation of potatoes or those who take care of their animals by working organic and outdoor breeding as well as our suppliers of eggs or goat cheese etc...
The products are fresh, cut and worked on site.
