Val Moret is an amazing restaurant serving fresh locally sourced produce and cooked by a first class chef. I had the fillet of beef with Morel sauce and an assortment of tasty vegetables and a cheese board and both hit the spot. I would not hesitate to recommend this truly first class restaurant.
Excellent food. Delicious dishes in the Menu Etape, and the best "Café gourmand" I ever had.
