Located in downtown Ajaccio, Sur la Braise Restaurant is a unique place where you can enjoy seasonal cuisine prepared by chef Jérôme Chevalier. The centerpieces of the place are meats, French from Aubrac and Salers or foreign such as Black Angus from the USA, Wagyu from Chile or Grain-Fed from Uruguay supplied by the Lesage butcher's shop. The industrial decoration and the original stone vaulted room generate a warm and friendly atmosphere. In addition, all meats are cooked in a Josper ember oven of Spanish origin for a tasty and tender result. You can also choose between cozy interior rooms and terraces on one of the oldest streets in the city. The building itself is from the sixteenth century, while the staff is younger.
