We are a family farm with a small restaurant in our direct sales shop and on the terrace lined with peppers in season; We compose our plates with farm products from us (Espelette pepper, pork butcher, suckling veal) and local producers (lamb, vegetables, duck). All desserts are made by us with the corner of the products. We have a unique formula including 1 plate farmer + 1 glass of local wine and 1 formula for children with 1 plate + 1 glass of local fruit juices.
