Access

When you arrive in Bazas, make your way towards the town centre (at the roundabout on the left), continue straight ahead to Place de la Cathedrale.

Itinerary

The visit starts with the twin wells in the covered market (below the arches), Then take Rue Saint-Martin on your left on the way out of the market. Descend, then, at the bottom, turn right and visit Saint-Martin well. Retrace your footsteps to Promenade de la Brèche. On your left, after a while, take the path and turn left. Climb up and make your way to the bottom of the garden: this is the fountain in the Sultan's garden. Take the Promenade and walk down and admire the Brèche wash house. At the end of Promenade de la Brèche, you will find the Capucins wash house. Take Allée de Tourny to access the Capucins Fountain. Walk along Cours du Maréchal Joffre to Gisquet gate (on your left). Walk along the paved street and turn right on to Place de la Cathedrale.
