Departure from the tourist office at 22 avenue du Vallespir.
Departure from the Tourist Office. All the way down the avenue Vallespir and go on your right walkways of the Old Hospital of the Armed Thermal. Cross the bridge. On your left, overlooking the Baths of Mondony and gorges Mondony.
Go to the Roman Baths. Take the stairs along the concreted Street to the Fort. Turn left for 200 meters to the source of Monjolet.
After a break, take the path just above the source. The path returns to the area of Escaldadou. Either the "Carrer del Rentador" or by the stairs next to the Hotel des Bains and gorges. Descend the Rue des Thermes.
