The circuit departing from the centre of Volckerinckhove passes along a pedestrianised path and follows Chemin de Sainte-Mildrède to the chapel of the same name. It then leads around Merckeghem forest and crosses it to return to Volckerinckhove along a path through the fields.

The starting point is at the car park on the main street opposite the church.
The circuit starts in the centre of Volckerinckhove, at the church. Follow the pedestrianised path Meuleveld Pad, then Chemin de Sainte-Mildrède to the chapel of the same name (situated in Millam). Make your way around Merckeghem and then cross it via Chemin de la Belette. Return to Volckerinckhove along a path through the fields, then Braemveld Straete, the main street, where you will find Vandekerckhove Chapel and many remarkable houses. You can then tour the church and visit the arboretum where you will see the thatched cottage dating from 1682 where the Tourist Office is located, the new horse mill.
