Follow the seafront along the beach or the road to the roundabout on Place Saint-Charles (St Louis boat). Then make your way down Avenue de la Mer. Have a look at the fish sold by the fishermen direct from the boats. Pass the fuel harbour, then the cereal dock. You will soon be at the fishing port and the marina. On the way, be sure to stop and admire Port-la-Nouvelle salt marshes. If you are travelling by car, park at the car park provided, Continue on foot to Sainte-Lucie lock.
