A key route through the fields that combines nature and heritage and will allow you to join the Voie Verte to push your exploration further. A walk without difficulty which ends at the edge of a small lake where it will be good to rest. This loop follows a large section of paved roads that will allow you to stay dry in wet weather. Bring a hat on sunny days! Picnic tables and a playground await you by the lake.

Departure from the Remembrance Square car park at La Magdelaine-sur-Tarn.
From the square, turn your back on the Town Hall and go down towards the crossroads.
Go right on the D15 and arrive at a roundabout (note the magnificent 18th century dovecote).
1. Go down left on Chemin de Briac then turn right on Chemin de Carrelis.
2. Turn left before the dead end to join the Voie Verte. The track then spans the small Rieutord stream.
3. Follow the Voie Verte on the left for 3.2 km.
4. At the intersection with the D630, keep left on the same side (do not cross) and follow the road for a few meters, staying well along the hedge. Take the chemin de la Martigne to the left and pass this locality.
5. In the bend, at the level of the small bridge, cross the stream to the right and follow the Chemin de Borio Blanc. Always stay straight on the wide track which passes through the fields.
6. At the end of the track, turn right on the D71 then quickly left to take the D32.
7. Turn left on Chemin des Toulzas. Go past the stables and continue to the end of Chemin des Toulzas. At the fork, turn right on the chemin de la Barthe which runs along a pond and reach the place called Laurenci.
8. At the intersection, turn left onto the D32a. Follow it carefully, cross a bridge and continue to the small path which will be on the right.
9. Take the path across fields. A sign prohibiting vehicles marks his departure. This path joins the lake which you can walk around.
10. Then turn left on the D61 to reach the roundabout with the dovecote.
11. Turn left to reach the center of the village and the Place du Souvenir.
