Depart from the small car park in Maizeray. Leave the car park on the left. At the T-junction, turn right. At the wayside cross (no cross), turn left on to the small asphalt road which becomes a dirt track and an asphalt road again at the bottom of the slope leading to Saint-Martin-du-Tartre. Cross the village past the church. Cross the main road and, after an isolated house on the right, continue the walk along the paths past the pastures keeping to the right until you reach a T-junction. Turn left on to a path that leads you to the bottom of Maizeray. Pass near the wash house and walk up the street. Cross the road to the car park.
