From the Tourist Office, continue along Avenue du Vallespir then to the end of Avenue du Général De Gaulle. Then take the road that goes up behind the entrance to the Général de Gaulle car park (Chemin du Pastou).

Itinerary

Take the Chemin du Pastou.

After 50 m, turn right off the tarmacked road. The path runs along the high stone wall of the old military spa hospital.

Continue to follow the red and yellow markers.

Important! Do not take the path that goes to La Montagnole.

Keep on walking up (ravine path).

Once you arrive at a little mountain pass, the path splits into 3. Take the right fork (leave the red and yellow marked path).

The path runs along the ridge line and after 10 min takes you to the Campana Rock. This rock, which bears a flag, overlooks the Mondony Gorges and offers beautiful panoramic views of the town.

Go back along the same path.
