Paul and Lucie welcome you to our charming cottage and Gite : Located in the beautiful sunny region of the Charente Maritime, in the heart of the wine region of southwestern France. We offer peace and tranquility in your own house and cottage with wonderful views of the valley. We are located in the center of different destinations such as Jonzac, Saints, Royan, La Rochelle and Bordeaux. The countryside is beautiful with lots to explore and vineyards to visit. The beaches of Royan are a short drive away, but we also have many lake beaches. The house is composed of a large kitchen with all cutlery crockery, there is also a TV and a large kitchen / dining table, In the cozy living room is a sofa and armchairs, television, bookshelves and French windows overlooking the garden. Also in the living room is a staircase leading to the mezzanine with a double bed and the entrance to a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. A living room door is the entrance to a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and wc. From the bedroom you also have access to the outdoor garden. A corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and wc. Further down the hall are a family bathroom and a toilet. The summer kitchen is in the courtyard garden. This is a covered dining area including a dining table and a fridge used mostly in the summer for lunch and dinner.
