Located in the medieval village of Giez, this residence is situated opposite Lake Annecy Golf Club. It features a tennis court in the garden, 2 swimming pools and a sauna. Each apartment is equipped with a TV and most feature a balcony or a terrace. Apartments include a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. Most units have a balcony or terrace. A continental breakfast is prepared every day at the Vacancéole - Résidence Le Birdie. After breakfast, guests can play billiards in the games room. In high season, the holiday park offers activities only for children. Free WiFi access is available at the reception. Lake Annecy is just a 7-minute drive from Le Birdie residence and Annecy is 25 km away. Free private parking is available on site.
