Situated right at the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon, in the south of the department of Aude, between Carcassonne and Narbonne, the Corbières vineyards mainly produce red AOC wine, the dominant grape varieties being Carignan, black Grenache and Syrah: a wine of character with fruity, spicy aromas, which goes wonderfully with a cassoulet, as well as a great number of red meat and game dishes!
