Camping Le Martinet Rouge

Enjoyed our experience. The proprietors were friendly and helpful and the facilities block was clean and practical. We found our pitch to be rather smaller than we would have liked for our large tent, and a bit uneven. Having said that we were given a choice of pitch, but found it difficult to find one suitable for a tent. A caravan or motor caravan would have had no problems. The site is ideally situated to enjoy Carcassonne from a quiet location, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this site.

Less than half an hour from Carcassonne airport, this site is set in peaceful countryside near views of the Pyrenees. The owners were friendly and helpful. The site is laid out in a way that offers some privacy, it is attractive and well maintained.

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans un bungalow très fonctionnel. Le camping propose des activités pour les enfants (soirée ciné, animations…). Indépendamment du service resto de l'établissement, nous avons eu droit à la venue d'un food truck, une soirée pizza. La piscine et les sanitaires sont impeccables. Il faut également souligner le super accueil et des propriétaires toujours prêts à aider. Le tout dans une région magnifique !
