- On the occasion of the international "fête de l'estampe", linocuts by Jean-Luc Parant, Titi Parant and numerous artists from Le Bout des Bordes (including Michel Butor, Jean Dubuffet and Robert Combas) will be available to visitors. - For the first time, the machines of the linocut workshop will also be available to the public for an initiation by Marie-Sol Parant, publisher of artist ? S books, for a playful and creative practice. Participants will be able to make their own creations and take them home with them after their visit. - Two other workshops will also be open to the public : a glass workshop with Marine Blot, and a silver photography workshop with Léonard Novarina.

- Charles BALAYER offers you an unusual marriage : playing jazz on a large Cavaillé-Coll organ ! Famous classics : Take Five (Dave Brubeck), Caravan and Satin Dol (Duke Ellington), Tea for two (La grande vadrouille) … and also Bonsoir Jolie Madame (Trenet). In the second part of his recital, Charles BALAYER plays on his own Hammond organ, a legendary instrument from the 1970s. A unique opportunity to enjoy the same style of music, on two different instruments ! - Charles BALAYER is one of the rare French organists to play both classical music and jazz : he is the titular organist of the great historic organ of the Collégiale Saint Martin de Brive, a renowned organist, composer, arranger, organ and improvisation teacher, and a guest at numerous festivals, playing both classical and Hammond organs.

- The role of the Pays d'Auge Ornais resistance in the fight against the occupying forces and in the Battle of Normandy - To pay tribute to the men and women who took part in the Resistance in the CDC des Vallées d'Auge et du Merlerault area, and to pass on the duty of remembrance to younger generations, the Société Historique de Vimoutiers en Pays d'Auge is presenting a travelling exhibition in a number of towns and villages in the CDC : Vimoutiers, Gacé, Echauffour and Le Merlerault. - The exhibition will showcase previously unpublished documents, photos and personal accounts of resistance fighters and their actions.

- In 1724, Johann Sebastian Bach organized a torchlight procession in Leipzig with 600 students. - In 2024, based on an original idea by J.-Y. Chazal, "Make people listen to and love Bach", a concert will be organized on June 22 at 8pm, at the Notre-Dame de l ? Assomption church in Vimoutiers, to commemorate the tercentenary of the gathering that Johann Sebastian Bach organized in Leipzig. - Reciter and actor Philippe Ermelier is coordinating this exceptional free concert, which will bring together ? - - several members of choirs from the Orne and Calvados regions : the Chorale de la Paroisse de Vimoutiers, La Tichevillaise, La Vie qui chante, La Dives à l ? unisson… ; - - organists Julian Matthews and Emmanuel Sales ; - - soloists : Sophie Beaude, Catherine David, Philippe Ermelier, Jan Pelan, Syra de Tarade ? - - musicians and members of the Conservatoire de musique de Lisieux and the Conservatoire de musique de Vimoutiers. - The public and choirs are invited to gather at 8pm in front of the church of Notre-Dame de l ? Assomption in Vimoutiers. Organs, trumpets, oboes - in short, all the instruments present - will call on everyone to enter ? Organs, choirs, soloists and musicians will offer an anthology of Johann Sebastian Bach's most beautiful musical pages. The choir members will then exit to the church forecourt with a lantern in hand to escort the enchanted audience out ! At the end of the day, the beautiful stained glass windows will complete the show, illuminated by the setting sun. - A glass of friendship concludes the event.
