- On 6 april 2024
- 8 Cours des Carmes, Centre Culturel les Carmes
- Yannick Jaulin or the love of words ? - Here's the storyteller who speaks languages, who puts words to his own : French, which he adores, and patois, his emotional language. He joyfully recounts this love in duet with Alain Larribet, world musician and Béarnais. He talks about his sensitive heritage and his whims : the shame of patois, the pleasure of using a non-standardized language, and the loss of transmission because, with words, also disappear know-how, knowing how to be in the world. - This ode to his mother tongue is not narrow-minded. It is full of humor, a blend of lightness and erudition, historical reminders and smiling anecdotes, and sounds like a plea for diversity and difference. A masterpiece ! - In co-production with OARA - For all ages 12 and up - Running time : 1 hour 10 minutes

Le Tartuffe ou l’Hypocrite de Molière
- On 17 may 2024
- Allée Garros, Château Garros
- This play takes its title from the first three-act version of Molière's Tartuffe, which was banned by the Church at the time of its creation. It paints a gritty picture of a bourgeois Catholic family whose head of household, Orgon, takes in Tartuffe, a true devotee. Tartuffe falls into the sin of the flesh, and his presence disrupts the family's equilibrium. - This is the original, shorter, more incisive version presented by the Veilleur ® company, dressed up with a modern filter, as it takes place in the Roaring Twenties and outdoors, in front of what could be the bourgeois family home. - Served up by a first-rate cast, the bon mots of Molière ? S comical and tragic comedy take on a deliciously cruel flavor. - In co-production with OARA

- Once upon a time, there was a little boy with broken ears but golden eyes. - We're ready to dive into the tale and follow, in French and sign language, the courageous little hero and his six brothers and sisters, but the actress stops and digresses. - This tale is a mirror, a projection surface for her childhood memories. Her own and that of her father, a child who became deaf, a Spanish worker who became an immigrant, an illiterate who became gifted in the sign language that Isabelle Florido and Igor Casas handle so wonderfully. It is their mother tongue, a strange, beautiful and poetic language. - Co-organized by iddac, the cultural agency of the Gironde department - Performance organized in collaboration with the Pôle emploi agency in Langon - Ages 9 and up - Running time : 1h10
