Brumath offers throughout the year various events dedicated to the animation of the city.
From the end of May to the beginning of June, place at the Giant Country Festival of Brumath. On the program for this exceptional event, the installation of a saloon and a dance floor and catering, country dance demonstrations, equestrian shows, American car shows, and various rides and other mechanical bulls.
In June, the Brumath lake hosts the Beach Break Party. It is the largest open air electronic festival in all of eastern France. A dancefloor is installed to accommodate thousands of people dancing to the rhythm of the best DJ's.
The onion fair is a popular festival organized every year for more than 100 years in the city of Brumath. This flagship event hosts a funfair, local market and flea market. This event takes place over two days, always on the last Sunday in September. The famous Onion Fair in the town of Brumath attracts nearly 40,000 visitors every year from all over Alsace!
Each year, the city of Brumath offers a summer season full of music and meets its inhabitants in the streets. Guinguette balls, concerts and food trucks in the city center, neighborhood festivals, musical slides... are programmed to make culture accessible to all.
Every Wednesday morning, everyone can stroll through the aisles of the weekly market place Victor Fischer. Stretching out in the parking lot of the Robert Schumann school, the market offers a wide choice of fruits and vegetables, meat, cold meats, cooked dishes, breads and pastries, dairy and local products, Asian specialties, grilled chicken… Beyond the delicacies, artisan creations, stands of clothes, lingerie, jewelry, household items… are offered.
